Recent open-source projects:
These projects were developed with Java IDEs, R, C, HTML, and other languages
using CVS collaborative tools under Windows, cygwin and Unix.
- HTMLtools project
includes various HTML tools for creating Web pages. It was used to
create the Jak-Stat Prospector Gene Expresion Database for the
Trans-NIH JAK-STAT Initiative. One of the tools is a Java application
SearchGui that generates Web pages based on the search criteria.
